Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidate/s will be primarily responsible for:
- Responding to customer queries and request via emails, phone calls and ticketing system.
- Processing and maintaining customer applications, invoices and agreements.
- Issuing communications to the customers.
- Assisting in office management and organisation procedures.
- Performing other office duties as assigned.
The selected candidate must:
Have an A-Level standard of education or equivalent;
Possess a practical understanding of basic book keeping;
Have the ability to think logically, communicate effectively and possess excellent listening skills;
Be able to use IT Office automation tools;
Be eager to learn, pick up new technologies easily;
Be able to communicate fluently in both English and Maltese languages;
Be a team player, self-motivated and able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
