Duties and Responsibilities

The selected candidate/s will be primarily responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries and request via emails, phone calls and ticketing system.
  • Processing and maintaining customer applications, invoices and agreements.
  • Issuing communications to the customers.
  • Assisting in office management and organisation procedures.
  • Performing other office duties as assigned.


The selected candidate must:

  • Have an A-Level standard of education or equivalent;
  • Possess a practical understanding of basic book keeping;
  • Have the ability to think logically, communicate effectively and possess excellent listening skills;
  • Be able to use IT Office automation tools;
  • Be eager to learn, pick up new technologies easily;
  • Be able to communicate fluently in both English and Maltese languages;
  • Be a team player, self-motivated and able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
